I think a lot of thought and consideration should go into choosing an app before you decide to install it on your phone. This is because you might end up wasting a lot of time on an application that might not live up to your expectations. I use Softonic to discover the best apps for my device. This is an Android app that gives you all the details you need about each and every application you wish to install so that you can make an informed decision. Here’s more about the app.
Softonic has a very straightforward and easy to navigate interface. I like that the different information about the apps is separated into different screens. This way, you can view app’s overview, ratings, and reviews among others separately. The overall design of the interface is polished, and you can tell that the developers had the end user in mind when they were designing the app. The score is 5 out of 5.
There are several features you can take advantage of in this Google Android app. First and foremost, for every app, there are user reviews that give you an idea of what other people who have used the app think about it. Reviews are available in 8 languages. Next, there are tutorials, tips, interviews, and round-ups that also aim at giving you detailed information about different applications. Apart from this, you can also use the Softonic to install apps directly into your device, to leave comments and check out editor and user ratings. Last but not least, you also get application recommendations and localized articles. Softonic is only compatible with Android devices. It requires Android 4.0.3 and above. My mark of the features is 5/5.
Ease of Use
I have been using this Google Play app for a while now. Ever since I got it, the app has not crashed or logged me out while I am using it. However, I experience some challenges when trying to get apps directly from Softonic. When trying to get different apps, I get a white screen; the process rarely complete successfully. I was hoping this would be fixed in the latest version update, but it wasn’t. The only thing they added was the ability to personalize your feed.
Softonic is a free app. However, you will have to deal with a lot of ads. Don’t worry, they will not affect your experience in any way because you can always close the ads when they pop-up. 3.5/5.
